Many technological tools offer valuable opportunities to better organize, plan, and manage daily school tasks. Whether it’s for structuring teaching, facilitating the collection of learning evidence, helping students manage their time, or encouraging collaboration among colleagues, technology is becoming a powerful ally to simplify and optimize practices.
But how can we use these tools effectively without feeling overwhelmed by the abundance of available options? How can we integrate them thoughtfully to support classroom management, foster student autonomy, and promote a calm and productive school environment?
The EngagED Learning winter 2025–2026 issue will highlight strategies, testimonials, and reflections on the use of technology to better organize and plan daily tasks. From personal management to student feedback, and supporting students’ self-regulation skills, we will explore how technology can be a lever for efficiency, autonomy, and well-being.
Key Questions to Explore:
- What digital applications or tools help you better plan your teaching, projects, or classroom management?
- How can we introduce students to digital tools that help them organize their work and foster autonomy?
- What digital strategies facilitate communication, time management, and collaboration among teachers or with families?
- How can we avoid digital overload and select the right tools based on real needs?
- What impacts have been observed on student engagement and achievement when planning and organization are supported by technology?
